We always do our best to print your images as quickly as possible, however do please allow up to five days from our receipt of your files for delivery of your images.

To order your prints, please send us your images, either via email or post, as 300 dpi "TIFF" of "JPEG" files at your required print size. If this is at all problematic, let us know, and we can discuss the best way of working with your images.

We would always suggest that you use an embedded profile in your image, and the usual choices are either Adobe RGB, or sRGB. We happily accept files with either of these profiles embedded.

If you already have a full colour-managed workflow in place, we can also email you the specific ICC profiles for the different types of media that we use. Click here to email us your request, and specify which Paper Profiles you would like.*

* Each profile is about 2MB in file size, so we will email them to you individually, in case you have limitations on your email in-box.
