Placing Orders

When ordering your prints, please send us your images using the File Transfer window to the right. Please include the Paper Type and Print Size in the "Optional Message" box.

Alternatively you can send us your images via Email, FTP & Post.

Files should be sent as 300 dpi "TIFF" or "JPEG" files at 100% of your required print size.

If this is at all problematic, let us know, and we can discuss the best way of working with the images you already have.

1 - Email - Individual files sent if they are between 5MB & 10MB in size each, or multiple files together in one email if the complete email size does not exceed 10MB.

2 - FTP - If you use an FTP Client (such as CyberDuck or FileZilla - both free to download and use) then please connect to the PrintYours FTP Server using these log-in details:

3 - Post - send us your collection of images on a CD or DVD to the following address:

We always do our best to print and return your images as quickly as possible, however do please allow around five working days from our receipt of your files to delivery of your finished prints.

We would always suggest that you use an embedded profile in your image, and the usual choices are either Adobe RGB, or sRGB. We happily accept files with either of these profiles embedded.

If you already have a fully colour-managed workflow in place, you can also download the specific ICC profiles for the different types of media that we use. Click here to go to the Profiles page

If you would like to see how your image would look on the different media types, then please email us a test image and your postal address, and we will print it and post it back to you for free, so you can see the quality and Service that we offer as standard.

Test prints will be no larger than 12x8 inches.
